Gregg is a Partner in The Heartland Group. He has over 40 years of construction experience, stemming from his earlier days serving our country in The United States Marine Corps as an operating engineer. As a project manager, he has knowledge of cost management, budget, and competitive estimating, coordinating the design of projects, space planning, contract administration, developing and training personnel, strategic business planning, risk management, P&L oversight, and customer relations. Gregg has completed multi-family and commercial projects across the Midwest, including New Mexico, Colorado, and Arizona. He works closely with HUD personnel and several local Housing Authorities and Building Departments.
