The Heartland Group brings over 100 years of combined experience in commercial, multifamily, residential, mixed-use and hospitality. We work with owners as well as local, regional, and national developers by providing high-level general contracting services that bring their ideas and concepts to fruition. Our highly skilled team of construction professionals will scrutinize every aspect of the scope of work and ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and on budget. In addition to our general contracting work, our team at Heartland is often involved in the development phase working with the architects and engineers in a design-build structure. At this stage budgeting and forecasting is refined and project timelines and scope of work are defined.

Our commercial projects include multi-family residential, retail, mixed-use, hospitality and warehouse and this includes both ground up as well as rehabilitation. We also have a highly skilled team that focuses on custom home design-build and again this includes new construction and rehab projects.
